Shipments and returns
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipments within the EU can take over 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile objects.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
Disclaimer:
1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who take responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).
2. We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for their replacement.
3. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
Please do not return products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
Refunds are possible, by the shipper, if the shipment is insured. Outbound shipping costs and import duty are non-refundable. The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
As already reported in "Terms & Conditions" the responsibility lies with the customer/recipient once the order is shipped.
